How do I get a quote or make a booking?

To obtain a quote please click here. Once the system has provided you with a quote, there is the option to book your journey, by replying to the email.

My location / airport isn't listed?

Please select the 'request a quote' option from the menu bar, and enter your journey details. We will review your request and email you a quote.

Can I book a car for a journey in the next 48 hours?

We can accommodate short notice bookings, but request that you call the office on 01223 440040 to ensure that a car is available to meet your needs.

What happens after I've completed and submitted the booking form?

You will receive an automated email with a unique booking reference number. Please check the booking and let us know if anything needs to be updated.

What if I haven't received a confirmation email?

You should receive confirmation of your booking from the office within 24 hours. If after 24 hours you have not received a confirmation email, please call us on 01223 440040 to check the status of your booking.

How do I meet my driver at the airport?

The easiest way to meet your driver is with our standard 'Meet & Greet' service. Using this service, your driver will be standing in the arrivals hall with your name (or company) on a board. This service covers up to one hours parking charges and driver waiting time for the first hour. We offer the option to meet outside at the drop-off point for Luton & Stansted.

What happens if my flight arrives early or late?

We monitor all flight arrival times so your driver will be there on time with no extra charge to you. If you are aware of any cancellations or signifcant delays, please call or email us.

Does my fare include a tip?

There is no tip included in the price. Giving a tip is discretionary and completely up to you.

I need a receipt for my journey; when do I get a receipt?

If you pay by card in advance, we can email you a receipt. Alternatively, your driver can give you a receipt on the day.
