References to “carrier(s)”, “the carrier(s)” or “a carrier” are references to the drivers who provide private hire services and who accept bookings through this site and references to a “contract of carriage” or “carriage” are references to private hire contracts with a carrier which are arranged via this site.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Airport Lynx. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Airport Lynx. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
Airport Lynx has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. Prices quoted are those to which the carriers who accept booking through this site have agreed to adhere. Let us know if you find anything that is wrong at email@example.com. However, you should check independently any information before you rely on it. No representations are made by us that the information is accurate, up to date or complete and we do not accept liability for loss arising from any out of date or inaccurate information. This is a web site providing information free of charge.
Booking Terms and Conditions
- You must be over 16 years of age.
- Bookings only valid for the journey stated.
- The carriers are unable to carry animals, with the exception of guide dogs, without prior agreement.
- After the first hour waiting time will be charged by the carrier at £24.00 per hour, charged at £6.00 per 15 minute unit or part of a 15 minute unit.
- Airport Lynx is not the provider of the carriage services advertised on this site
- This site is a booking service provided by us as disclosed agent for each carrier who accepts bookings through this site
- Airport Lynx has taken every measure to ensure that the carriers to whom you are introduced via this site are both punctual and reliable but all contracts of carriage that are created through this service are between you and the carrier.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it to you with a booking confirmation document issued during our normal working hours. It is your responsibility to check the details are correct.
Adverse traffic conditions and other incidents beyond the carrier’s control may cause delays. We will always establish the current status with the carrier and inform you of it if you contact us.
If for any reason carrier is unable to supply the exact vehicle ordered we will arrange with that or another carrier to upgrade you to the next available vehicle size or provide a suitable alternative to accommodate you.
All carriers are insured in accordance with legal requirements which include . All legal liabilities to third parties to include damaged property and personal injury. The carrier’s maximum liability to you for loss or damage to luggage is limited to £500.00 in total. Liability for such loss will only arise where the carrier has been negligent.
Use of our website
To book via our website you must be over 16 years of age. Using the site confirms that you possess the legal authority to enter into a contract of carriage and accept the conditions of use for this site, including payments from credit or debit cards, in accordance with all its Terms and Conditions.
Use of this website from outside the UK
Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed solely at those who access this website from the United Kingdom. Airport Lynx make no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Damage to your computer
Airport Lynx makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Airport Lynx shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Exclusions of liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these Terms and Conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence or fraud of Airport Lynx, its employees and agents or any carriers. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Airport Lynx accepts no liability whatsoever for your late arrival or missing a flight or connection whatever the circumstance.

Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
Payment and Refunds
How do I pay for my order?
If you wish to pay now we can collect payment on behalf of the carrier. Your payment is processed over a secure connection by WorldPay, one of Europe's leading payment service providers. To make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using American Express, JCB, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Purchasing. If you travel in less than 48 hours we will call you during our normal opening hours to confirm we have sufficient capacity to handle your request. Acceptance of your payment does not create a contract of carriage between you and Airport Lynx. We accept payment as disclosed agent for the carriers who accept bookings through this site.
Can I cancel my order?
We have agreed with the carriers that Iif you order over the phone or online you have the right to cancel your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time with no penalty. Refunds will not be made where less than 24 hours notice is given.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time by calling us on +44 1223 440040.
What is your refund policy?
We have agreed with the carriers that you will receive a full refund for any journeys cancelled with more than 24 hours notice.
If you are dealing as a consumer these Terms and Conditions do not affect your legal rights.
